Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately due to health and safety guidelines of Covid-19, we can not accept returns on all of our products at this time. However, exchanges can be made on foundation products (only). Exchange process must be started within 7 days of receipt.

Exchange process:

  • Send unused product back to us with a tracking number in the email

  • State the item you would like to replace item being exchanged

  • Also state reason for exchange

  • All of this info must be sent to info2myskinmilk.com

If there is an error with your order (missing an item or you were sent something you did not order) or an item was damage, please contact info@myskinmilk.com within 3 business days of receipt.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates will apply.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days AFTER processing (not date of order placed.) We ask that you allow a full 7 business days order to be processed, and shipped due to Covid-19 delays with USPS.

US orders take 5-7 business days to arrive, excluding Hawaii & Alaska. 

International orders can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once an order is processed it cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact us within 24 hours to make any necessary changes. If after 24 hours we can not guarantee any changes can be made. We will do our best to accommodate when possible.
